1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NOM Credits ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. NOM Credits reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to users via email.

2. Description of Service

NOM Credits is a digital loyalty and rewards platform designed for the global nomad community. The Service allows users to earn virtual credits ("NOM Credits") by attending verified nomad events and redeem them at participating partner venues, events, and services.

NOM Credits is not a cryptocurrency, financial instrument, or investment product. It has no monetary cash-out value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a NOM Credits account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

4. Account Registration & GNP Membership

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address or supported OAuth provider (Google). Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Users who are verified Global Nomad Pass (GNP) members at the time of registration will receive an automatic welcome bonus of 1,000 NOM Credits. GNP membership is verified against a maintained registry. If your GNP status changes after registration, credit balances already issued will not be rescinded.

5. NOM Credits — Nature & Usage

NOM Credits are virtual reward units with no monetary value. They:

• Never expire
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• Cannot be converted to cash
• Can be redeemed only at participating partner venues and events
• May be subject to minimum redemption requirements set by individual partners

NOM Credits reserves the right to adjust, cap, or modify credit earning rates and redemption values at any time with 30 days' notice to active users.

6. Earning Credits

Credits are awarded for verified event attendance and other qualifying activities as determined by NOM Credits. Fraudulent check-ins, manipulation of the earning system, or any attempt to artificially inflate balances will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer credits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the NOM Credits platform, including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, and code, is the exclusive property of NOM Credits and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NOM Credits does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOM Credits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of credits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all accumulated credits are forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
